We set up your hosting and connect your domain, with automatic updates switched on. After that, the site is yours to manage. You get your own hosting login, and the hosting team’s support is there around the clock.
If you ever need us to fix or change something, we are happy to help at $95 an hour, or you can move up to Care whenever you like.
Care and Care Plus
We become your web team. A person checks every update, and any change you need is one email away.
Care Plus adds a monthly traffic report showing how many people visited your site and which pages they viewed. It also tracks how many filled out a form and which Google searches brought them in, so you can see what your site is doing for your business.
What Counts as an Edit?
Edit time covers changes to the site you already have. Send us what you need and we take care of it.

What counts as an edit?
Small changes to the pages you already have, like swapping photos or adding and removing agents on your team page. See the full list above.
What happens to edit time I do not use?
On Care, unused time rolls over for 1 month. On Care Plus, it rolls over for 3 months, so you can save up for a bigger change.
What if I need more time than my plan includes?
We let you know before going over. Extra work is billed at $95 an hour, or $85 an hour on Care Plus.
What is in the monthly traffic report?
A one-page summary from Google Analytics and Google Search Console. It shows how many people visited your site and which pages they looked at. It also shows how many people filled out a form and the Google searches your site appeared for.
Who writes the monthly blog post on Care Plus?
You do. Send us your finished post and we format it and publish it with images. If you would like us to write blog posts for you, that is part of our SEO plans.
Can I get the Hosting plan for a site you did not build?
The Hosting plan is only for websites we built. If someone else built your site, you can move it to us on Care or Care Plus, which include the same hosting plus the updates and checks an outside site needs.
Who do I contact on the Hosting plan?
The hosting team. Their WordPress experts are on live chat 24/7, every day of the year, right inside your hosting dashboard, and their support is some of the best in the industry. If you would rather have us step in, we are glad to help at our hourly rate.
Is there a limit on traffic?
Every plan includes up to 10,000 visits a month, and most agent websites use only a fraction of that. If your site ever goes over, extra visits are billed at $1 per 1,000, and we will let you know before it becomes a regular thing so you can choose the best option.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you like, and the change applies from your next billing date.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans renew each month and yearly plans renew each year. To cancel, just give us 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.
Does a plan include my IDX feed?
Your IDX feed is paid directly to your IDX provider. On Care and Care Plus, we connect it to your site and keep it working.
