Prices are one-time build fees, and turnaround starts once we have all of your details. After your free months, your hosting plan continues at its regular monthly price unless you switch or cancel with 7 days’ notice. Need a domain? We register it in your name and include the first year, and it renews in your name each year after that.

What do I need besides the $499?
Hosting, and your first month is included. After that it is $30 a month. We set it up and connect everything before launch, and you can add Care if you want us to handle updates and edits. If you do not have a domain yet, we register one in your name and the first year is included. If you already own a domain, we connect it to your new site.
Do I need to buy a domain first?
No. Tell us the name you want on your details form and we will register it in your name, with the first year included. You own it from day one.
Do you write the content for me?
Yes. Every page is written for your market using the details form you fill out, just like the demo site. You can ask for changes during your revision round.
Can I show listings on a Starter site?
Listing search is not part of the Starter build. If your brokerage already gives you a listing search page, we can link to it from your site. If you want IDX built in, see our larger website builds.
What if I want a different page?
Swap any of the five for another page of similar size, such as Meet the Team or a Home Valuation request. Just tell us on your details form.
Do I really own the website?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name, and once the build is paid, the website files and content belong to you. While you are with us, the site runs on our hosting so we can keep it updated and backed up. If you ever leave, we move it to hosting in your name or send you a complete copy, at no charge.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Every page uses the free version of Advanced Custom Fields, so you can change your text and photos from a simple admin screen without code.
How long does it take?
One week from the day we receive all of your details: logo, headshot, bio, service areas and domain access. The sooner those come in, the sooner you launch.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Your Starter site is built so we can add neighborhood guides or IDX search later. Tell us what you want to add and we will quote it.
