About Your IDX Feed
Every build includes the full IDX integration: we connect the feed, style the listing search to match your brand, and test it before launch. The IDX feed subscription itself is not included in our pricing. You purchase it directly from your MLS or a third-party IDX provider so the feed stays in your name, under your control, and we handle everything from there.
The website is a one-time payment in both options. SEO or PPC management is an optional, separate 6-month engagement billed monthly, and you own the website either way. Hosting, your domain, and your IDX feed are paid directly by you to those providers.

Do I really own the website?
Yes, completely. The domain, the hosting account, the WordPress admin, and the theme files are all in your name. There is no license to renew and no platform to stay subscribed to. If you never spoke to us again, your website would keep running exactly as it is.
Are there any monthly fees or paid plugins?
None to us for the website itself. You pay once and the build is done. We deliberately build with the free version of Advanced Custom Fields rather than a premium license, so there is no plugin subscription to renew and nothing on your site stops working if a license lapses. The only ongoing costs are the ones you would pay on any website: hosting, your domain renewal, and your IDX feed if you use one. Those go directly to those providers, not to Real Estate Rankers.
What happens if I stop working with Real Estate Rankers?
