Give us 7 days of notice before your next billing date, and once your plan ends we move the site to hosting in your name or send you a complete copy at no charge. With most real estate website platforms, cancelling means your site goes dark and you start over from zero.
Can another developer work on it later?
Yes. We build on standard WordPress with the free version of Advanced Custom Fields, not a proprietary builder or a locked platform. Any competent WordPress developer can pick it up without buying anything, and if you leave us, most hosts can run it.
How long does a real estate website take to build?
Pro builds launch in about 3 weeks and Complete builds in about 4 weeks. Rank Ready takes about 5 weeks and Market Leader about 6, because of the SEO pages. The timeline depends on how quickly we receive your details and feedback.
Do you build on WordPress only?
Yes. We build exclusively on WordPress because it is the only platform that lets you genuinely own and move your site, and it gives you the strongest SEO foundation and the widest range of IDX and CRM integrations. If your current site is on another platform, we rebuild it on WordPress.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. Every page is wired to the free version of Advanced Custom Fields, so you can change headlines and photos from a simple admin screen without any code. On Care and Care Plus, we can also make edits for you.
Is the IDX feed included in the price?
The IDX integration work is included in every build from Pro up. We connect your feed and style the listing search to match your brand before launch. The IDX feed subscription itself is not included. You purchase that directly from your MLS or a third-party IDX provider, which keeps the feed in your name and under your control. Costs vary by MLS, and we will point you to the right provider for your market on the strategy call.
