Role Overview
As a Freelance SEO Writer, you will be responsible for creating SEO-optimized content for real estate websites, blogs, and landing pages using Surfer SEO. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that content meets our SEO standards and helps drive organic traffic to our clients’ sites.
Responsibilities
- Write SEO-friendly content (blog posts, articles, landing pages) focused on real estate topics.
- Utilize Surfer SEO to analyze and optimize content for on-page SEO, keyword density, and other important SEO metrics.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure it’s clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized.
- Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices (meta descriptions, alt text, header structure, internal linking, etc.).
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO writer or content writer with a strong focus on SEO.
- Hands-on experience using Surfer SEO for content optimization.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate SEO-optimized content creation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience writing for the real estate industry or local SEO.
